Mission-Ready Engineering

Domaine Technologies LLC translates deep military operational discipline into resilient enterprise IT systems. Led by a CCNP-certified architect with **25 years of multi-branch Armed Forces support** across global theaters, we understand that network downtime is not just an inconvenience—it's a mission failure.

We bypass prime-contractor administrative bloat to deploy technical engineering solutions directly to the tactical edge. Our methodology is defined by three core tenets: Systems must be **Hardened** against compromise, **Vigilant** against evolving threats, and **Uninterrupted** to maintain operational availability.

DOMAINE SHIELD CORE COMPETENCIES

Our capabilities represent the equal pillars of a secure enterprise: physical and architectural infrastructure hardening, continuous monitoring, and zero-downtime compute resilience.

HARDENED

Precision-engineering of secure enterprise topologies and hardware configuration compliance. We design network systems utilizing Cisco Catalyst frameworks, advanced routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN), and strict STIG validation. We architect physical infrastructure to comply with rigorous SCIF (ICD-705) and UFC 4-010-05 structural requirements, securing the tactical edge from the ground up.

VIGILANT

Zero-Trust perimeters and continuous network security monitoring to enforce non-negotiable postures. We deploy identity enforcement layers utilizing Cisco ISE, Zero-Trust validation models through Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD), and NIST compliance frameworks to validate every connection, user, and device.

UNINTERRUPTED

High-availability operational support and proactive workforce investment. We manage advanced virtualization deployments (Proxmox, Ubuntu Server) and clustered compute storage arrays while actively supporting our team. By bypassing prime-contractor administrative bloat, we invest directly in our employees—providing them with first-class training, clearances, and tools. This dual commitment to systems resilience and human capital ensures uninterrupted, elite service at the mission edge.

The Dual-Front Doctrine: The Domaine Shield Engine

1. Defensive Hardening (The Bunker Strategy)

Focus: Attack Surface Reduction

Hardening is about reducing your attack surface and structural integrity. By applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), disabling unused services, closing ports, and meeting SCIF/ICD-705 physical security specifications, we ensure an adversary lacks any weak point or "hook" to exploit.

2. Offensive Vigilance (The Active Scout Strategy)

Focus: Threat Hunting & Real-Time Neutralization

Vigilance monitors data and identity flows through the box. Using Cisco ISE and Zero-Trust validation (FTD), we verify every packet and identity. We actively hunt threats inside the infrastructure and debug traffic patterns to spot adversaries before they assault.

"Defensive Hardening ensures that even under fire, the structure stays standing. Offensive Vigilance ensures that we identify and neutralize the threat before firing begins."

Cybersecurity & Data Sovereignty Directive
NIST SP 800-171 Compliant | CMMC 2.0 Architectural Alignment

Domaine Technologies LLC operates at the intersection of defense engineering and high-availability architecture. As a trusted partner to federal agencies and defense industry primes, our commitment to cybersecurity, data confidentiality, and informational sovereignty is non-negotiable.

This policy details the strict operational protocols governing the collection, processing, and safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Federal Contract Information (FCI), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Accessing our systems, submitting mission inquiries, or partnering on contracts constitutes explicit acceptance of these protocols.

1. Security & Information Governance

We maintain an informational architecture designed to align with strict Defense Industrial Base (DIB) security criteria. Our security governance dictates that all data repositories and web assets reside on sovereign, ITAR-compliant infrastructure located inside the United States.

2. Information Collection Protocols

We collect voluntarily submitted information (names, official email addresses, agency/organizational metadata, and project requirements) as well as system-generated telemetry (IP addresses, server logs, configuration profiles, and session validation tokens) necessary to support secure engineering consultations.

3. Utilization Mandates

Data collected is utilized strictly to fulfill mission execution, contract procurement capabilities, and corporate web application cybersecurity defenses. We strictly forbid the commercialization, selling, or leasing of user information.

4. CMMC & NIST SP 800-171 Alignment

In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7012, we enforce identity verification under U.S. person status, apply continuous system integrity checks, and maintain write-once audit log stores to aid compliance audits and incident analysis.

5. Sovereignty & Disclosures

Our assets comply with U.S. data sovereignty. Disclosures are restricted to vetted subcontractors working under strict NDAs and legally compelled federal warrants, subpoenas, or national security directives.

6. Data Subject Rights

Representatives retain full access, auditing, and deletion rights under Federal Records Act boundaries. Identity authentication is required prior to processing requests.

7. Revisions & Updates

We maintain ongoing revisions to meet emerging DoD policies. Revisions become effective immediately upon secure upload.
